Very friendly and competent. They also arrange an earlier appointment in case of emergencies. Easily accessible from Vienna by train and a 15-minute walk. Otherwise, you can use the free shuttle bus.

Last week, on recommendation, I had my first visit at Denis & Focus. Upon entering the clinic, a gentle “wow” went over my lips. I thought to myself, here you are right. The 3D scan was really pleasant for me, as I am only familiar with the old version with spoons and mass. The consultation with Mr. Mag. Babos was very, very pleasant, so that a sense of trust could already be built up in silence. The next day, I was able to ask various questions in a very, very relaxed manner, which were answered by him with great competence. I can only confirm the negative review; in March 2025, all the teeth in the upper and lower jaw were also extracted; I was given a temporary solution that didn't at all fit together. Unfortunately, my doctor passed away then, and she also confirmed that it's not a problem if a new one is made to fit better. My new dentist repeatedly denied that this was possible. And now the climax has arrived; last week, the appointment I was supposed to have had on July 9, 2026 was cancelled because I'm a too complicated patient for him; unfortunately, I have an extremely severe stomachache that I had mentioned from the very beginning, and I was always told that it's not a problem; the impression will only be taken digitally here, not as before with such a brace. And what exactly will happen now is that the impression and the registration will be done all at once. I also said that it's no problem for me if they do it under sedation so I don't even notice it and I'm willing to pay for that too. But they kept saying no. I would consider it if I could choose whether to go there again. It's better to stay away as long as the money is flowing; everything works out there. But if not, they just throw you out.

In the meantime, I have had very good experiences with all the staff and doctors for more than 5 years.
Friendly appointment scheduling, no waiting times, perfect advice - no need to be persuaded in any way - quite the opposite - possibility of participation and very personal solutions. The very understanding treatments also address "old fears", and only yesterday I realized again during a check-up that valuable work is being done here.

They offer discounts of up to 70% compared to prices in Austria, even though they are hundreds of kilometers away. For example, they do not announce prices over the phone, so they are more expensive than in Austria.
Later you get the answer that these are list prices; they could, like other companies, list a price list, since they probably wouldn't have any patients.

First of all, the most important thing is that I didn’t have any pain at all; I had my teeth pulled, they filed them down, implants were placed and crowns were made… and I didn’t have any pain.

Last year was my first time at the Denis&Focus dental clinic and after the examination and consultation with Ms. Mariann Konrádné Tóth I received my treatment plan with the exact costs. I was able to think everything over at home in peace and then discuss my uncertainties and make small changes to the treatment plan; I was also allowed to come for a second consultation.
My treatment was performed by Dr. Csaba Király and it ended today. I am very satisfied with the results!
Thank you to all the staff for their friendly manner and competent work! Every stay was calm and relaxed. I was able to communicate in German with everyone I came into contact with, and I also thank those who work behind the scenes!

I came to the dental clinic for the first time in July 2025. Never before had I experienced so much positive experience – this feeling still lingers to this day. Every single employee and every single staff member are extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and extremely empathetic. They speak perfect German!!! I came to the dental center with a renovation plan from my dentist in Austria and wanted a second opinion and of course a second cost estimate. The initial consultation I received at the Denis & Focus Dental Center was top-notch. I was not pressured or talked into anything. After a digital impression or digital scan of my teeth, I received top-notch advice and several treatment/restoration options along with cost estimates. They took almost 2 hours of consultation time for me. I was able to get all my questions answered and everything was explained to me in a clear way. I was able to actually choose from a variety of dental replacement options (there is a "sample case" and the material that will ultimately be used can be customized and chosen by myself. Never before have I been able to see my teeth and current condition so vividly. In our clinic, we only have X-rays.) I am now in the middle of my treatment plan (complete reconstruction, replacement of crowns and bridges, 4 implants are being placed). It is amazing the technology used in this clinic. I could not feel the injections (they are much finer than in our clinic), nor the pulling of the teeth (4 pieces). The dentists are not only very compassionate, they also have such a great sense of empathy during the treatment. I NEVER had ANY pain, I never needed a painkiller. The injection works immediately; I have never experienced this from dentists in Austria. The effect also soon subsides after the treatment, and you are still pain-free. How I feel after the implantation and after the necessary bone reconstruction will be written here as well. More details will follow at the end of November 2025.
11/2025:
Yesterday I was at the clinic for the implantation and bone reconstruction. 4 implants and bone reconstruction were placed for me. The procedure is of course not pleasant, but there is no pain during it. Whatever is injected there works for more than 100 %%. Completely different than in conventional dental practices.
My face was sterilizedly cleaned and covered. Only the surgical field was open. Work is being done with a mask and full visor. Everything is highly sterile. Before the treatment began, a 3D scan of my jaw was taken, followed by a final adjustment after the implants were placed. I was given antibiotics, pain medication, and irrigation solution; I also received an ice pack for on-the-go use.
I only needed 2 pain pills, 1 x for the journey home and 1 x before going to bed. No more pain medication the day after the operation. Again, a clear and honest recommendation for this clinic. Highest respect and gratitude to this great team!!!!!
05/2026
Removing the implants - no problem at all, no pain, I am very happy with the anesthesia needles they use there. It works immediately and really leaves me with zero pain!!!
Get a new provisional final fitting - sits perfectly. One week waiting time.
23.5.2026
The waiting period has passed. The final dental prosthesis was made this week and is truly visually beautiful, aesthetically very appealing and functional. It looks very natural.
In conclusion, I am 100% % satisfied and would definitely come back again. That’s what I do too, by going for a check-up and oral hygiene at least twice a year. 1x a year is recommended by the dental clinic, but I’ll go for the full package!
I can only recommend this clinic to everyone!!!!!!!

I am trying to summarize it briefly, even though there are incredibly many feelings inside me.
Due to a bad experience in my childhood, I have been afraid of dentists my entire life. The result of this was unfortunately that my teeth became barely bearable over time. At some point, I didn’t even dare to laugh anymore.
Then came the moment when I knew: This can't go on like this.
I deliberately do not want to single out anyone from the team individually, because during the months-long treatment, everyone was truly great – from the doctors to the assistants to the reception staff and even during the initial consultation. From the very first moment to the very last, I felt that I was taken seriously, understood, and completely supported.
What I got from Dennis-Focus Dental was much more than just a new, beautiful smile – I also lost my fear there.
The professionalism, the humanity, the patience and the friendly atmosphere have helped me incredibly.
Today I can finally laugh again with joy. For me, this treatment has brought back a great deal of quality of life. For that, I will always be grateful to the entire team.

Both medically and in terms of empathy, you feel at home here.
The decor is extremely tasteful and clean, and it’s nice that you can leave your bag above the toilet.

As a child, I already had very bad teeth and was therefore afraid of the numerous visits to the dentist. Now that a general renovation of my teeth has taken place at the age of over 60, panic set in. Thankfully, a friend recommended the Denis & Focus Dental Clinic. Today, the extensive project (including 5 implants, bone reconstruction, various root canal treatments and extractions, as well as 28 crowns) has been completed, and I am truly very satisfied and happy with the result. From my first visit and the consultation with Ms. Toth, whose cost estimate was perfectly accurate, to today, I have only had positive experiences at the clinic. All the staff members are always very professional and friendly, and they create a very pleasant atmosphere! I was especially happy with my „own“ dentist, Dr. Med. Dent. Kitti Zimmerer-Schultz, who largely took the fear of going to the dentist away from me with her palpable competence and great empathy!

I visited the Denis-Dental clinic in October of last year for a complete dental reconstruction of my upper and lower teeth. I was recommended 12 implants with zirconia crowns. The initial impression was good at first, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by my doctor.
After all my teeth were extracted, I received temporary dentures for both jaws that I was to wear until the implant was placed and during the healing phase. However, these dentures were unusable: they were so large and high that I could no longer close my mouth. I couldn’t keep them in my mouth for more than 30 seconds without experiencing a strong urge to chew.
I brought up these problems several times with my doctor, but she didn’t help me at all. In her opinion, it was merely a „habituation phase.“ In my opinion, this is absolutely unprofessional and shows a lack of experience. I was told clearly and unequivocally that no new prosthesis would be made, since this would be in accordance with the „protocol of the clinic“ and that a new prosthesis would not be any better.
I was speechless and deeply disappointed. I had paid for the prosthetics, but I was left without a solution and was toothless for a total of three months. Thankfully, I have now found a competent dentist in Vienna. There I am very satisfied, wearing an aesthetic prosthesis and having already received the implants in my lower jaw.
Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic.

Friendliness before competence!
I already developed periodontitis during my early years due to 2 pregnancies - this was ignored by the extremely friendly team and I was treated as if I had no pre-existing conditions. My teeth were sanded down under extreme pressure and prepared for crowns (molds, cheap and quick). In retrospect, I realize that too much of my own tooth substance was sanded down - through this procedure I got a grinding trauma on 3 teeth and these died painfully, 2 more teeth are severely at risk! Thus, through the treatment, I lost at least 3 healthy teeth! When I reported the consequences of the clinic, I received no response! All I can say is: FINGER OFF! The clinic treats purely for aesthetics, without even considering the health status of the patients and wants to financially profit.

As a patient of the Denis-Focus Dental Clinic, I can only report positive things about the work of this clinic. Normally, I don’t advertise for companies, but my experiences with dental treatments in Germany compared to Hungary have prompted me to write this report – especially to help other patients.
In my previous practice in Germany, I was treated very professionally. Unfortunately, my longtime dentist retired. However, the team that took over the practice acted in an absolutely unprofessional manner. While my former doctor listened patiently, the new team showed no interest whatsoever in my complaints. Everything was handled solely through high-tech equipment; the human component and understanding of the patient’s suffering were completely lost.
The procedures were chaotic: A simple treatment took countless appointments. Wait times in the consultation room often lasted for hours, while the actual treatment only took 30 minutes – often interrupted because the doctor was treating several patients at the same time. Additionally, there was a lack of cost transparency; the billing was opaque and hardly explained.
In contrast, the atmosphere in the Hungarian clinic is respectful and pleasant. Modern technology is used there sensibly for diagnosis, but always in dialogue with the patient. There is clarity about the responsibilities of doctors and assistants, and even the hygiene (e.g. provided toothbrushes for patients) is exemplary.
In Hungary, everything is perfectly organized: from travel planning to accommodation to transparent cost disclosure. The doctor takes the time to explain all the options and honestly advises on feasibility and prices.
I would like to draw attention to the discrepancies in the healthcare system within the EU. While the system in Germany often seems bureaucratic and opaque, I have experienced professionalism in Hungary that I miss in my home country. I was very satisfied with the Denis Clinic and recommend anyone who values healthy teeth and dignified treatment to take the journey to Hungary. Here you can still find genuine medical professionalism in a calm, pleasant atmosphere.

Honestly, I have never experienced such excellent customer service anywhere before.

I think I need to adjust my review significantly, but I’ll wait another 2 days.
Unfortunately, I have to actually modify the review; unfortunately, I was unable to obtain any dental treatment because the health and cost plan was completely rejected by the health insurance company. In fact, this is probably not a problem; you would have to adjust or correct it, but from this point on, there is no longer any communication from Denis Focus. Replies only arrive after a long time and with repeated reminders. They are no longer available by phone, no matter which number you call; they are unreachable. Requests for a callback are completely ignored. Before this, the communication seemed quick and absolutely hassle-free; the biggest hypocrisy came after a flood of emails I sent (including to the CEO), which read: "...Due to applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), we are not permitted to share patient-related data or conduct a vote with the health insurance company on your behalf..." No one asked to share patient-related data or to contact the health insurance company. In the first step, the goal was simply to coordinate what could be changed or adjusted in the treatment and cost plan. But apparently there was no interest in that. This is just a quick, uncomplicated business transaction... I have no idea what the quality of the treatments is like, but if communication ends already for such simple problems, then I don't want to know how things are handled if there are really serious problems. This is all very unfortunate, since my impression from the site was very good and I really wanted to get treated.

I have been to Denis & Focus for the Xth time over the past 12 years and am always surprised at how professional and friendly they are. This time I had toothache, called on a Saturday at 9¹⁵ for an appointment at 12⁰⁰! (It's not always that you can be put on the list, this time it worked) Then the root canal treatment was completely painless and "pleasant". Currently I have a dental filling; in two weeks the crown will follow, also perfectly - I got mine the first time 12 years ago and they are "as new".

I became aware of DENIS-FOCUS DENTAL through friends and my treatment lasted from 10.03.2025 to 21.11.2025 (10 appointments). From the offer to the final appointment, everything was just right. The clinic employs highly trained specialists and highly qualified assistants. The clinic works with the highest level of technology. Each of the 10 treatments was carried out with great sensitivity and completely pain-free. You don't get the impression from the treatment rooms that you are in a dental clinic. The rooms give much more the impression of a cozy living room. The clinic has plenty of parking spaces. I can HIGHLY recommend DENIS-FOCUS DENTAL to anyone who wants/needs to have their teeth treated.

With implants, two visits are usually required, as the implant must heal between placement and restoration. You will learn the exact procedure during your initial consultation.
