Combined dentures

by Denis-Focus Dental

In this week's blog entry, we present a combined denture. It is combined because its fixed part is in the front area and its removable part is in the cheek area. The combined denture is therefore a combination of a fixed and a removable denture.

For whom do we recommend the combined denture?

We recommend the BIO HPP combined denture to patients who are either unable to have implants placed in the cheek area, who would like a more cost-effective solution or who may have a metal allergy.

How are combined dentures made?

We manufacture these dentures using our unique digital technology, which gives perfect precision to both the fixed and removable parts. We make the fixed part of the prosthesis from metal-free, solid zirconium. Thanks to the technology and material, the teeth in 100% are fully protected, bacteria can no longer get under the crown and the tooth stumps remain completely healthy. The fixed part has beautiful aesthetics, with the premium zirconium material we achieve the effect of getting your own teeth back. We fix the rear, removable part to this fixed part using attachment elements made from the so-called BIO HPP PEEK material. BIO HPP is completely metal-free, bacteria cannot accumulate and the material itself is flexible and unbreakable. This guarantees comfort while wearing the dentures. The dentures should only be removed once a day for cleaning, otherwise they can be worn day and night without any problems. With this solution, we achieve the same result as if our patient had a completely fixed denture.

Many of our satisfied patients are proof that we have restored their self-confidence and enjoyment of meals as well as their aesthetics with combined dentures.
